Hey everyone,
I’m working on a fairly large infrastructure project right now, and our team is starting to feel the strain of managing multiple Revu sets across different disciplines (civil, structural, MEP, etc.).
A few challenges we’re running into:
- Keeping sets up to date when drawings are revised frequently
- Avoiding duplicate or outdated sheets slipping into the workflow
- Making sure everyone is aligned on naming conventions and folder structure
- Performance issues when sets get really large
We’re currently using Studio Sessions for collaboration, but not sure we’re using Sets as effectively as we could alongside that.
A couple questions for the group:
- How are you organizing your Sets for large, multi-team projects?
- Do you rely more on Sets or Sessions (or a combo of both)?
- Any tips for version control or automation workflows?
- Have you found any naming conventions or structures that scale well?
Would love to hear how others are handling this—especially on projects with lots of moving parts.
Thanks in advance!
