So, I found a post about creating spaces so you can add the same markup in different areas of the drawing to their own legend for that space. I created spaces, did my counting and tried to create a legend for each space. I don't know why but once I create a new legend on the same sheet the markups go to the new legend and disappear from the original legend.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.
